Job Summary
Inspect, sort, tag, grade, and price incoming merchandise while hanging and organizing items by category, size, and colour on rolling racks. Maintain steady merchandise flow through daily routines of stock replenishment, sale day prep, and accurate bin labeling. Keep the processing area clean, organized, and free of hazards by following PPE, lifting, and safety protocols, reporting any incidents immediately. Join daily huddles, communicate with peers and leaders, and assist with general housekeeping to support team goals. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull rolling containers up to 500 lbs
- Familiarity with thrift or second-hand merchandise and basic condition grading

- Experience in warehouse, inventory processing, or back-of-house retail work
