Job Summary
Understand the responsibility of delivering high-quality salable products at the right time to meet weekly production goals, inventory levels, and e-commerce targets. Select quality donated product within stores to meet e-commerce goals while adhering to store policies, procedures, and directives. Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the store to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals while contributing to a safe environment for employees and customers. Work a full-time schedule of 35-40 hours per week with open availability including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers

- Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service

- Softline and hardline merchandising expertise
- Open schedule availability including a combination of days, nights, and weekends, totaling at least 35 hours per week
- Willingness and ability to be cross-trained, and to train in new employees
Desired Qualifications
- E-commerce merchandise knowledge preferred
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
