Merchandise Planner

Merchandise Planner responsible for the overall financial direction of a department with the goal of meeting/exceeding sales, margin and inventory turn targets. Develop pre-season merchandise financial plans, open-to-buy allocations, and collaborate with Buyers on assortment, buy planning, and performance analysis. Provide in-season analysis of product performance, forecast monthly sales and inventory, lead Open-to-Buy processes, and communicate financial results and action plans to the buying team. Lead and develop planning capabilities, oversee store allocations and SKU/style analysis, and offer pricing/promotional guidance aligned to department financial goals. Work in a hybrid schedule with on-site presence in Coppell, TX (Tuesdays–Thursdays) and remote Mondays/Fridays.
