Job Summary
Produce accurate demand forecasts for all Clarks owned points of purchase across retail, digital, and outlet channels to optimize stock levels and ensure timely delivery. Manage end-to-end supply chain allocation and replenishment from the Distribution Centre, adjusting profiles in JDA Fulfilment and Demand systems in response to sales, promotions, and trading plans. Collaborate with Merchandising and Supply Chain teams to align seasonal assortment plans, resolve forecast exceptions, and execute dynamic markdown strategies. Liaise weekly on distribution logistics and manage start-of-season launches to maintain high forecast accuracy. This fixed-term maternity cover role supports Clarks' heritage in shoemaking and offers competitive salary with flexible working options.
Required Qualifications
- Highly developed numerical, analytical and interpretive skills
- Ability to use analytics tools, e.g. SQL, databases, BI, Excel to perform analysis
- Very high attention to detail with ability to spot issues and exceptions when reviewing data
- Knowledge of the merchandise planning process
- Good commercial skills and judgement
- Experience and/or good understanding of retail
- Proactive and resilient with ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Experience of working proactively
- Ability to influence and collaborate with other teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with allocation and replenishment systems preferred
- Knowledge of demand forecasting methods and inventory concepts preferred
