Merchandise part-time associate

As a Merchandise Part-Time Associate, you’ll be part of a vibrant TJX family delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding store standards. You’ll ring customer purchases and returns, promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. You’ll help uphold merchandising standards, participate in store recovery, contribute to safety and shrink-reduction goals, and support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. This role supports teamwork with peers and supervisors and requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to changes in direction.
