Job Summary
The Merchandise Manager drives merchandising and operational execution across store responsibilities including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure pricing accuracy, timely promotions, and a customer-ready environment. Responsibilities include assisting in SOP/adherence, managing floor leadership and service standards, coordinating Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) to maintain in-stock levels, overseeing Planogram execution and visual presentation, maintaining backroom organization and POS operations, managing RTV/ASN processes, and training/coaching team members while supporting asset protection and shrink reduction. This role requires 3+ years of retail leadership experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with nights, weekends, and early mornings, while meeting physical requirements such as lifting up to 25-50 pounds and standing for long periods.
