Job Summary
Monitor daily sales performance using available reports and provide guidance to the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team to expedite merchandise flow. Coordinate sales promotions, floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing while overseeing floor moves and display preparations. Act as Manager on Duty, resolving merchandising issues and supporting the Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, and training initiatives. Ensure merchandise sizing, signage, and ticketing comply with standards while driving business results and modeling core values. Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Retail Management experience at an Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or medium- to large-sized, multi-unit retail organization
- experience in fashion apparel merchandising
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
- Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software
- Travel may be required from time to time
