Job Summary
Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock, ensures efficient placement on the sales floor; manages setup and maintenance of displays with accurate signage and seasonal resets; handles opening/closing duties including cash security and alarms; serves as Manager on Duty when needed to lead store operations, staff, and customer service; supervises daily activities of store associates, supports onboarding and training, and drives sales while controlling expenses; executes merchandising plans per corporate guidelines, maintains inventory integrity, and ensures promotional materials are properly displayed and updated.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Flexibility to work day, evening, weekends and travel as required
