Job Summary
Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for rapid placement on the sales floor; manages setup and maintenance of displays with accurate signage and promotions; executes opening/closing procedures including cash handling, door locking, and alarm checks; serves as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations, staff supervision, and customer service; guides daily activities of store associates, supports onboarding/training on policies, product knowledge, and procedures; drives sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service; ensures execution of company Inventory Integrity and adheres to corporate guidelines for merchandising and resets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
