Job Summary
Oversee receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock to ensure efficient sales floor placement while managing display setup and maintenance for specific store sections. Execute the full store opening and closing process, including cash securing, door locking, and alarm setting, acting as Manager on Duty for staff management, customer service, and urgent issue resolution. Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance, ensuring strict adherence to corporate guidelines for resets, seasonal updates, and the Inventory Integrity process. Support associate onboarding and training regarding store policies and product knowledge. Frequently operate cash registers, move merchandise up to 25 lbs, and work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
