Job Summary
Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock; manages setup and maintenance of store displays with accurate signage and promotions; handles opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security; serves as Manager on Duty for store operations, staff supervision, and customer service; supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates; drives sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service; ensures inventory integrity and adherence to company guidelines for resets and seasonal updates.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
