Job Summary
Oversee receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock; manage setup and maintenance of store displays with accurate signage and promotions per corporate guidelines; supervise opening/closing duties including cash handling, locking doors, and alarms; act as Manager on Duty when needed for store operations and staff performance; support onboarding and training of associates; drive sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service; ensure adherence to Inventory Integrity processes and promotional execution.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (days/evenings/weekends)
- Ability to move and handle merchandise
