Job Summary
Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock; manages displays and signage for store sections following corporate guidelines; handles opening/closing duties including cash security and alarms; serves as Manager on Duty when needed; directs daily store operations and staff performance; supports onboarding and training of associates; drives sales and controls expenses through optimized merchandising and customer service; ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends/overnight shifts and travel if required
