Job Summary
Lead a team of associates and manage store operations by performing opening and closing procedures, securing company assets, and maintaining sales floor and stockroom standards to company specifications. Process corporate directives including Pull, Hold, and Destroy requests while overseeing freight flow, merchandise ordering, and Clip Strip planning to ensure sales effectiveness. Assist the Store Manager with monthly Sales Planner implementation and manage receipt and return of DSD merchandise. Maintain a clean, safe environment through restocking, cleaning, and trash removal while fostering positive interactions with customers and staff. Full-time role requiring ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work in a high-energy environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
