Merchandise Manager, Bedding

Oversee day-to-day SKU management for the Bedding category, developing pricing strategies to optimize margins and analyzing performance metrics to generate actionable reports for leadership. Manage inventory levels while collaborating with supply chain to ensure product availability, and oversee merchandising operations for assigned corporately owned stores or regions. Serve as the primary contact for product vendors, conducting business reviews to assess performance and negotiate pricing terms, while collaborating on new product development and innovation. Partner cross-functionally with Learning & Development to create product training content, Marketing on launch strategies, and eCommerce teams to optimize product presentation. Develop category strategies aligned with business objectives, conduct competitive analysis, and maintain reliable attendance with frequent travel required.
