Job Summary
Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock; manages setup and maintenance of store displays and signage per corporate guidelines; responsible for opening/closing the store, including cash security, door controls, and alarms; serves as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues; guides daily activities of store associates, supports onboarding and training on policies and product knowledge; drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and customer service improvements; executes promotional plans and ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
