Job Summary
Check in merchandise, stock shelves, operate registers, and deliver top customer service to guests. Work independently and with a team while maintaining strong communication skills and a positive approach to visitors. This non-exempt, part-time role requires the physical ability to lift 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, and walk the Zoo grounds, with schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Exposure to inclement weather is possible at outdoor stands. Retail sales and Counterpoint Register System experience is a plus.
