Merchandise Cordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and labor policies. Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and rotate back stock for efficient replenishment. Coordinate with management to address priorities, support shrink reduction goals, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
