Job Summary
Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize processing merchandise onto the sales floor while executing receiving and merchandising standards. Train and mentor Associates on established principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to ensure adherence to store plans. Maintain a clean, organized backroom, rotate back stock for easy replenishment, and ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and secured. Communicate with management and Associates to address priorities, provide progress updates, and support shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, capable of lifting heavy objects and responding to unexpected situations.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to train others
