Merchandise Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Ensure associates process efficiently by training on established principles, monitoring productivity, and coaching as necessary. Maintain an excellent customer experience by engaging shoppers, keeping the store clean and organized, and upholding merchandising philosophy and signage standards. Organize back stock rotation, ensure proper tagging and coding, and maintain recovery standards for the backroom area. Communicate with management and on-duty coordinators to address priorities, provide progress updates, and support shrink reduction goals. Adhere to all labor laws, safety protocols, and recycling programs while promoting a culture of honesty and integrity.
