Job Summary
Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise processing onto the sales floor while executing receiving and merchandising standards. Train and mentor Associates on established principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to ensure adherence to store plans. Maintain organizational cleanliness, backstock rotation, and signage standards, ensuring proper tagging, hanging, and coding of all goods. Engage with customers to maintain an excellent experience and communicate effectively with management to address priorities and provide progress updates. Support shrink reduction goals, safety awareness, and compliance with labor laws and hazardous waste programs. Requires one year of retail experience and six months of leadership experience; schedule includes nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
