Merchandise Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries to prioritize processing merchandise onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service. Train and mentor Associates on processing principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and secured; organize back stock for easy replenishment and uphold merchandising signage standards. Maintain organizational cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom, ensuring compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs. Communicate priorities with management and Associates, provide progress updates, and address training needs to increase effectiveness. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures while supporting shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a starting pay of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
