Job Summary
Orchestrates truck deliveries and prioritizes processing merchandise onto the sales floor while executing receiving and merchandising standards. Ensures Associates complete tasks according to the store plan, monitors team productivity, and coaches as necessary to maintain efficient flow of goods. Trains and mentors staff on established merchandising principles, tags and secures merchandise, and rotates back stock for easy replenishment. Maintains organizational cleanliness, recovery standards, and compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs. Supports credit and loyalty programs while adhering to all labor laws and safety procedures. Requires 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience; flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Starting pay $14.00 to $14.50 per hour. Located at Marshalls Store 1545 Bardstown KY.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
