Merchandise Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise placement on the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service. Train and mentor Associates on processing principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and secured; organize back stock rotation and uphold signage standards. Communicate priorities with management, address shrink reduction goals, and maintain compliance with safety, recycling, and labor laws. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
