Merchandise Coordinator

Merchandise Coordinator at TJX family stores, responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Manages truck deliveries, trains associates on merchandising principles, ensures items are properly tagged, hung, secured, and stocked, communicates with management to optimize flow of goods, coaches team members, maintains backroom organization and safety standards, supports shrink-reduction initiatives, and upholds labor-law compliance. Requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to train others; candidates should be able to lift heavy objects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment.
