Job Summary
Merchandise coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and teamwork, delivering an excellent customer experience, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Role includes orchestrating truck deliveries, training Associates on merchandising and processing, ensuring proper tagging/hanging/coding of merchandise, maintaining backroom organization, compliance with safety and labor policies, and partnering with Management on training needs to boost effectiveness. Strong communication, organization, and ability to multi-task are required; ability to lift heavy objects and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
