Job Summary
Merchandise Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team. Maintains an excellent customer experience through engaging with customers and keeping the store organized. Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles, ensures proper tagging and stocking, coordinates back stock, and communicates with management to prioritize priorities, monitor productivity, and support store goals including shrink reduction and safety compliance. Focuses on organizing the backroom, ensuring compliant procedures, and delivering clear progress updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
