Merchandise Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Ensure associates process efficiently by training and mentoring staff on established principles, monitoring productivity, and coaching as needed. Maintain a clean, organized store and backroom by engaging customers, rotating back stock, and adhering to merchandising, signage, and safety standards. Communicate effectively with management and the Coordinator on Duty to address priorities and ensure efficient goods flow. Support shrink reduction goals, labor law compliance, and recycling programs while promoting a culture of honesty and integrity.
