Job Summary
Merchandise Coordinator at TJX retailer brands (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, Sierra, Winners, TK Maxx) responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Role includes orchestrating truck delivery, training Associates on merchandising and processing principles, ensuring proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise, maintaining backroom organization, adherence to labor laws and safety standards, and collaborating with management to meet store goals. The position requires effective communication, ability to multi-task, leadership to coach associates, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
