Job Summary
Merchandise Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and a positive customer experience. Key duties include orchestrating truck delivery, tagging and securing merchandise, back-stock organization, coordinating with management to maintain store plan, coaching Associates, monitoring productivity, and promoting safety and compliance with labor laws. Requires strong communication, multitasking, ability to train others, and flexibility to work nights/weekends in a retail environment. Location: Citrus Heights, CA (Store/Distribution Center environment) with a starting pay range of $17.90–$18.40 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Team-oriented and able to train others
