Merchandise Coordinator

Merchandise Coordinator at TJX family stores responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor, organizing back stock, and promoting a positive customer experience. Role involves training Associates on merchandising principles, ensuring items are properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded, coordinating with the Coordinator on Duty for efficient goods flow, monitoring team productivity, and supporting store goals including shrink reduction and safety. Must communicate effectively with management and Associates, adapt to changing directions, and maintain organization and cleanliness in backstock and sales areas. Requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
