Merchandise Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck delivery and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Ensure associates complete tasks according to the store plan, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, keeping the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety and recycling programs. Train and mentor Associates on established principles, rotate back stock for easy replenishment, and communicate priorities with management and the Coordinator on Duty. Maintain merchandising philosophy, signage standards, and organizational cleanliness for the backroom area while supporting shrink reduction goals and credit/loyalty programs. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
