Job Summary
Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and flow of merchandise onto the sales floor; trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles; maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise; coordinates truck deliveries and replenishment, supports store goals, and fosters a positive customer experience through effective communication, organization, and adherence to safety and labor policies.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- ability to lift heavy objects
- excellent communication and organizational skills
