Job Summary
Merchandise Coordinator at TJX-family brands responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards and ensuring efficient processing of merchandise from truck delivery to the sales floor. Role involves engaging customers, maintaining clean/organized backroom and floor, training Associates on merchandising principles, tagging/hanging/coding merchandise, coordinating with management to prioritize tasks, monitoring team productivity, organizing back stock for replenishment, complying with safety, recycling and labor policies, and supporting shrink-reduction initiatives. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and teamwork; ability to lift heavy objects; flexibility to work nights/weekends; and willingness to train others.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
