Job Summary
Merchandise Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor, delivering an excellent customer experience, training Associates on merchandising principles, tagging/hanging/coding merchandise, coordinating with management on priorities, maintaining backroom organization and safety, and supporting store programs and labor compliance. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changes in direction while maintaining store cleanliness, signage standards, and inventory flow. (Starting pay $15.50–$16.00 per hour; Fairfax, VA location.)
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Superior communication and organizational skills
