Job Summary
Merchandise Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, training Associates on merchandising principles, ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured and coded, coordinating truck deliveries, monitoring team productivity, organizing back stock, maintaining store cleanliness and signage standards, and promoting a safe, customer-focused environment. Role emphasizes collaboration with management, adherence to labor laws and safety practices, and supporting credit/loyalty programs while fostering a positive TJX culture and delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- superior communication and organizational skills
- capable of multi-tasking
- team player with peers and supervisors
- capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations
