Job Summary
Merchandise Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, training Associates on merchandising and processing principles, maintaining tagging/organization of merchandise, coordinating with the management team to ensure efficient flow from truck delivery to sales floor, and upholding store standards, safety, and labor policies. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and a flexible schedule including nights/weekends. Role emphasizes teamwork, supervising and mentoring peers, backing stock organization, and adherence to merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
