Job Summary
Merchandise coordinator at HomeGoods/TJX responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, aiding efficient processing, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Key duties include orchestrating truck deliveries, tagging and organizing merchandise, training Associates on merchandising principles, ensuring proper labeling and replenishment, maintaining backroom organization, communicating priorities with management, promoting safety and labor-law compliance, and supporting store-wide initiatives such as shrink reduction and loyalty programs. Requires strong communication, teamwork, adaptability to schedule changes, and leadership-capable performance with at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure.
