Merchandise Coordinator

Job Summary
Operational backbone for assigned product groups: manage vendor relationships, purchase orders, logistics coordination, SKU data integrity, and ongoing operational needs. Drive accurate product setup, data accuracy across costs and retail, and reconciliation of invoices and receiving discrepancies in collaboration with Accounting. Partner with stores and a supporting Buyer/product group to monitor financial performance, inventory health, and vendor performance; track domestic and international orders including new store openings, replenishment, and special orders. Leverage strong Excel skills and data reporting to support multi-priority workflows and cross-functional decisions.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in merchandising, buying, purchasing, or operations
- 1–4 years of experience supporting products, vendors, or accounts in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets, PO systems, and operational reporting
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized without losing accuracy
- Clear, confident communication skills—you’re comfortable working with stores, vendors, and cross-functional partners
- A customer-first mindset with the confidence to solve problems and escalate issues when needed
