Job Summary
Coordinate sample management by partnering with photo and warehouse teams to track sample positions. Maintain all SKUs in Merchandise Buyer systems and enter price/cost changes for relevant categories. Prepare reporting as directed and assist Assistant Buyers with business opportunities while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Work onsite Monday through Thursday with a remote option on Friday. Occasional travel may be required. This role supports the Associate/Assistant Buyer and Buyer in specified merchandise categories across all sales channels for Williams-Sonoma, Inc., blending creativity, analytics, and marketing to drive customer engagement and profitability through data-informed, trend-right assortments.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- Previous experience in Merchandising
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- ability to create pivot tables
- experience with advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP
- Working knowledge of merchandising systems and tools

Desired Qualifications
