Job Summary
Merchandise Coordinator supports Buyers in specified merchandise categories for all channels, owns sample management, sets up and maintains SKUs, processes price/cost changes, prepares reporting, and assists with business opportunities while maintaining data integrity. The role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office most days with a remote option on Fridays; occasional travel may be required. Strong MS Office skills, merchandising systems knowledge, and collaborative, detail-oriented problem-solving are valued.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous experience in Merchandising preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint); ability to create pivot tables and experience with advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP a plus
