Job Summary
Recommend apparel products for inclusion in sales vehicles reflecting consumer wants. Conduct analysis to develop strategies related to market trends, product life cycle, and catalog and internet merchandising. Assist in vendor selection for branded and created products aligning with goals for price, margin, quality, and delivery. Collaborate with product development to create apparel meeting merchandise plans for catalog and internet. Provide input into product pricing and complete special projects as assigned. Prepare catalog pagination for each book and assist in review of catalog layouts and photography. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Merchandising & Management, Marketing or related field, and 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in adult apparel merchandising, retail product management, eCommerce, or department/business management.
