Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. Participate in store recovery, multi-area cross-training, and safety protocols as needed. Maintain organizational cleanliness throughout the store and accept constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
