Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Uphold merchandising philosophy, support shrink reduction goals, and maintain a safe environment while participating in safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $15.00 to $15.50 per hour at the Sierra store in Roseville, MN.
