MERCHANDISE ASSOICATE

MERCHANDISE ASSOCIATE needed to deliver a high-quality customer experience, process purchases and returns, support merchandising procedures, and help maintain a clean and organized store environment across TJX brands (Marshalls, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Homesense, Sierra, Winners, TK Maxx). Responsibilities include ringing sales, promoting credit/loyalty programs, supporting store recovery, adhering to loss prevention standards, and cross-training in multiple store areas. Must have strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills; ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs; ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodations; flexible schedule to support business needs.
