Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while promoting credit and loyalty programs. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and uphold merchandising philosophy. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed to support business demands.
