Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases, process returns, and count change back to customers while following established procedures. Support store recovery initiatives, maintain merchandising philosophy, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Starting pay is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
