Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Support store recovery, participate in shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness protocols throughout the day. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as business needs dictate.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
