Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while promoting credit and loyalty programs. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and maintain safety awareness. Maintain organizational cleanliness standards and accept constructive feedback. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas.
