Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately process purchases and returns, ring up transactions, and count change back to customers. Uphold merchandising standards, prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Adhere to operational, loss prevention, and labor policies while supporting safety awareness and accepting constructive feedback. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. Starting pay is $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
